We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Estimated delivery time depends on the courier company availability and the distance between our pickup location to the delivery location.

Delivery charge varies with each product or sometimes it depends on active offers and promotions on our website.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on E-craft. List prices are final and all-inclusive.

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Simply contact us to initiate a return. Once you have initiated a return, you will receive a call from our team explaining the pick-up process.
